Since 2018, we’ve been growing a fantastic network of like-minded employers, from across sectors, representing a wide range of job functions, who all want to make a difference to workplace culture, employee health and wellbeing.
Building on this network and recognising that above all else, employers love to learn from each other’s experiences of what works and what doesn’t work – in a sales-free, closed-door setting, we are inviting employers from across our network to join our “Make A Difference Leaders’ Club”.
Our goal is to advance best practice and bring more and more employers to this crucial conversation.
Membership of the “Make A Difference Leaders’ Club” is free and open to senior representatives of any employer as long as your remit includes workplace culture, employee health and wellbeing and you are involved in deciding which products and services you invest in to support this.
Membership is not open to suppliers of workplace culture, employee health or wellbeing related products and services.

Across 2025 we will run several Make A Difference Leaders’ Club breakfast or lunch meetings.
Our first Leaders’ Lunch of 2025 will be on Tuesday 25th February from 12.00pm – 2.30pm in Central London. We’ll be sharing ideas and experiences around the topic: “Getting data-driven employee health and wellbeing right – so you know if you are really making a difference”. As part of this, we’ll be sharing ideas around what data to include when considering the impact of health and wellbeing initiatives and how to interpret it.
Our second Leaders’ Lunch will be at The Watercooler Event at ExCeL on 30th April. Our third event will be during the first week of July, our fourth will be the Leaders’ Summit on 9th October and our final meeting will be a celebration of progress made across the year during the first week of December.
